I have a Daiwa Saltiga-G Jigging rod for sale that is literally still in the plastic.  These rods are amazing jigging rods!  They are very light-weight, have thin blanks, and they pack a lot of power.  This rod is 6' even, rated for 20-55 lb. braided line, has a fast action, and medium heavy power.  This would be an outstanding rod for targeting big lings or halibut on the ocean.  I'll let it go for $110.
Model # SAG-J 60MHF
MSRP: ~$170.00

i was looking at one of these for vertical jigging albacore tuna.  What do you think, is this one too heavy?  Was looking at the 6'6" 15-40lb.  But this is a REALLY nice price.  Talk me into it.  ;D

I have the 6'6" 15-40 lb and absolutely love it.  I plan on using that with a Lexa for tuna.  Comparing these rods side by side, one in each hand, I notice that there's a bit less of a flexible tip on the 60MHF.  That's pretty much the only difference.  It's almost as if it's the same rod, only it has the top 6" cut off.  I imagine it would work well for tuna, but you could also get away with using it for halibut.

I have the 15 - 40 model with  Revo Toro Winch 60 on it. That combo has reeled in some monster sturgeon. Absolutely one of the best rods I have ever owned.
