I am headed there for a Father's day early fish.  My plan will be to get loaded up tonight and get there to launch with the sunrise.  Good luck today.

Post up your results.  I understand that they planted 1500 triploids for Father's day.  I am more interested in the kokanee.

Fish on the right side that's where the fish are! John 21:6

I am no longer a dealer for Wavewalk but if you ever want to paddle one let me know!

I have been having great fun at American Lake the last couple of weeks. My wife is a librarian and into crafting. I made this wedding ring lure initially in jest, but have now had to restring it twice from all the kokanee it's catching. Those things become ballerina's when they get in a net and tend to snap the trailing hook. I started with 8lnb line and am now using 15lb.

With all these trout in the lake, it has been hard getting the rig down to the kokanee without triggering accidental hook-up's. What I am doing now is waiting until I paddle to 60' deep water before deploying and then getting things to the target depth fast.

Good luck tomorrow!
