I can't find any reference to this is in the manual so I'm curious if anyone here has had this issue?

My DC car charger with the unit plugged in is showing a flashing orange light and won't charge the radio? Any ideas on what this means? I checked the charger fuse and it looks fine. Can't seem to find any reference on the internet for clarification. Anyone else have this unit and suffered the same malfunction? Thanks.
