This is a very interesting pair of videos which explain how water depth, wave action, and clarity effect how fish perceive lure colors.  Are all those bright colors necessary to attract fish or are they designed to attract fisherman?  Will this year's new lures catch more and bigger fish than last year's.  Watch this video and find out how important color is and what really attracts fish.

Thanks Rick,
The videos(s) explains why I have more success using silver/blue colored lures when down rigged at 45 feet to 70 feet!
