2014 ORC IMPORTANT UPDATE

Okay... Where on 101 can I park with a trailer? Also would it be okay to park up hill from the entrances? I'm coming Beaverton so if any has room for me I would greatly appreciate I know it's last minute but so was the notice.. 

A quick reminder:  There is a launch fee at the Depoe Bay Ramp.

$2.00 per boat if I remember correctly.

From the Depoe Bay bridge south along 101 has a wide shoulder for a long ways. You can park along the hill too. The problem isn't lack of parking, it is the distance some people will have to walk.

The notice really wasn't last minute.  The parking lot at the Depoe Bay boat launch has been that size for many years.    We were just reminding people it would be tight with over 100 people showing up. That being said, I can get three yaks and four people in my vehicle/trailer combo.  I could probably get 4 yaks if I tried harder. Warning: the vehicle smells like the ocean at low tide because fishing is pretty much the only thing it is used for.
