I'm planning on doing some fishing after work today instead of fighting and sitting in traffic today and wanted to know if anyone out there has pointers for trout or Perch?  I'll be launching off of Idylwood Park which is at the North end of Lake Sammamish.

There are a lot of perch all over the lake right now.  Right out in front of the park is good. Another good spot is right where the slough meets the lake on the left as you look north. There's usually a hole in the lily pads and perch biting right there. I take my kid to that spot every time for perch this time of year. Trout, fishing deep is going to be your best bet. Good luck.

@ Ray Borbon- Mahalo (thank you) for the tips!  I'll post photos afterwards.   Give me a shout out if you see me on the water...  I'll be the one on the PA 14.    :) :) :)
