I just wanted to take a moment a day how impressed I am with Thule customer service. My awesome wife bought me a Hullavator for loading my Outback. Somehow during the first use I think I may have damaged the latching mechanism.  Rather than repackage and send back to Amazon I called them. With out question they sent me a whole new arm ass'y (300 bucks).  I have to say while the set up cost a mint they obviously care about their customers and stand behind their products.    :D
