Looks promising.  Starting to get a few gouges in my kayak and I saw this video.

Anyone try it?  Thoughts?

Are the gouges from fishing or from your civic ?

Looks way easier than the hobie plastic welding rig

From strapping a 100lbs halibut onto the back of the outback and re-launching it from sharp rock beach....   It's not that bad....that just added a few....

I took a look at some of the other videos from this guy.   His club's idea of a good time seems to be paddling in and out of rock gardens.  If anyone knows how to repair scratches, I would hope it would be these guys.

Real deep gouges can be repaired with a P Tex candle its used on ski and snowboard base material I imagine it would work just as well with a kayak and is made for cold temps and lots of flexing. You can get colors pretty close to your hull color and its simple to use.
