I'm in Lacey, WA.  I have a hobie outback.  New to kayaking and this is my second year fishing the Pacific Northwest.  I want to get out and do plenty of salmon, steelhead and bottom/rock fishing.  I've already learned quite a bit from reading posts and comments after just finding this site a week ago.  Very cool forum!

     Welcome to NWKA Joel.

We have several adventurous souls in your area. Keep reading and learning cause none of us knows it all.

Lots of water and lots of fish --- go get 'em.
Life is short---live it tall.

Be kinder than necessary--- everyone is fighting some kind of battle.

Sailors may be struck down at any time, in calm or in storm, but the sea does not do it for hate or spite.
She has no wrath to vent. Nor does she have a hand in kindness to extend.
She is merely there, immense, powerful, and indifferent

Hey LittleAl, would you mind elaborating on your request?  I'm not sure if you're looking to start your own forum, start a thread on on Chinook fishing from inflatables or have a page added to NWKA.  If you're looking to have a page added, the parameters sound a little too narrow.

Welcome joel11

Hey Joel, I'm in Lacey as well. Feel free to hit me up whenever. I try to get out at least once a week if not more. Chum are on their way, and there's a few great places to fish them within an hour of us!
