Yaquina bay late report 10/8

Coho are everywhere an the only thing biting for me this year :p the GF was tired of me having all the fun so she came out last Wednesday. I fished the bottom with a herring for the usual nothing but ten minutes into the paddle Chloe hooks and lands this 27 in coho before I can even grab my camera! She even landed it in my small net lol. I'll be back at it again tomorrow morning I here the chinook are in.

Whats your next fishing days? i heard the alsea bank fishing is on fire as well!

Was that in the river by Toledo or more out in the bay

More out by the bay near the oyster farm.

Awesome report Wes!  Make sure to take your lucky charm along with you Chinook fishing also.

I'll send a pm but probably mid-week for either of those rivers. Then we are taking a trip so that might be it for me this year depending on how long the fish hang out in the bays.
