Argh. I have a commitment in ANC Sat night. Still thinking about hitting it one or both days.

Going to run a tech test. Lol. Going to hook up a vexilar fishphone underwater camera to a downrigger ball. Haha. We will see. Current configuration is not final.

All sorts of negatives in running this gear. Tough to run when I'm not catching any fish the normal way. But curiosity is going to kill me. So for something different, I'll give it a go. The biggest worry is dropping my iPad over board. And the tides are wrong.

Recorded video is crappy but looks decent on the iPad. We will see!!  Be cool to get that lucky shot. Lol.

Anyone else headed out?

Water clarity was not good.  So test was unsuccessful.

Caught like 30 tiny kings. Mainly on silver horde coho killer spoon. Guess it beats working.

Ok.  The obligatory video.  I got to get a new case or clean the lens.  Driving me nuts.  But here's something a little different.  Ok..not so different.  I was lazy.

Took the first 14 minutes of video on the go pro and compressed it down to 2 minutes and 10 seconds.  7 fish in the shot.  5 salmon, 2 pollock.  Too bad the salmon were just jacks.

Lots of action.  Need to find bigger fish,  All of the pollock and small salmon and tiny immature sand lances in them.  I wonder where the large sand lances are???
