are there any kayak guides that fish rouge river for salmon?

I know there are several based in Bandon because I've seen their trucks and trailers down there, but I don't know anything about them.

I'm a fan of John Gross.  John will give you a great trip at a fair price: http://www.oregonfishingtrips.com/.  He's working in the area right now.

Several other NWKA members have gone out with John and we all give him high marks.
The fish bite twice a day - just before we get here and right after we leave.

Well, duh! for me.  I need to finish my coffee before I start typing.  John does boats, don't know his feelings about kayaks, but I'd doubt it.

Try http://www.southcoasttours.net/popular-tours.html ([email protected]).  Dave's exclusively a kayak guide and he does Rogue River fishing trips.  I know he's a very successful guide for his Port Orford Heads marine trips.  Dave's a nice guy, and if he doesn't fit your schedule, he'll point you to a guide who would.
