The lower Columbia may be but the Willamette, Washington tribs and the upper Columbia should be open.

Just a reminder this is tonight.  It is going to be a good opportunity to ask questions and learn some specific tips and techniques that have helped us catch fish.

Who's doing the presentation tonight?

One thing I really appreciated from the previous "on the water" springer session (non-sponsored of course).... was that Jeff demonstrated how to put the herring on the double hook rig.  I've done a few different riggings, but the way he showed me was very robust -- I know I would have hooked a fish if I had gotten a bite.  I also appreciated the demo on rigging a prawn at the day of the presentation.  Thanks guys!

Mark(Spot), Nate(ndogg), and myself will be conducting the clinic this evening.

We should be able to demonstrate rigging of prawns and herring tonight too.

We will have Hoggs Hardcore Tackle on hand tonight.

If you need to purchase any of the gear demo'd or talked about, you should be able to purchase it from them after the seminar.

Will there be another "on the water" follow up to this week's clinic?  Perhaps somewhere near Hawthorne or Sellwood where it appears there are used to be a lot of salmon??

But of course.  This one will be on the 18th, is put on by Next Adventure and has a $30 entry fee.   Unfortunately the meet-up area covers about 120 square miles....   :o  On the upside, there are prizes for the biggest fish!
