I am inquiring ahead of time to see if anyone would be interested in a trip to fish near tzartus  island (off Vancouver island) in August. I was thinking of putting together a trip. It's a good bit of driving and the fish camp is nice with meals included. Any interest?

Depends on the timing but I've been dreaming of hitting that very area someday.  If it's late July/August/early Sept I'd definitely be in.

Some basics... the window would be somewhere in Aug 8-22 - I would probably go for 3 days of fishing.  Realistically that is a day of travel there and a day back.  So, 4 nights.  It is 80 a night and includes your meals.  Plus a $65 ice fee.  The food is good. The accommodations are decent.  This is a fundraiser the camp does (it is a bible camp).

I'm seriously interested. I'll be on terminal retirement leave from the Air Force so would be interested in maybe staying a bit longer if that's an option or maybe hitting a couple other spots on the way back.

It is possible. As some additional notes. The camp is alcohol free for those who care about that. It is primarily a safety issue.
