Butterfly Jig

2 questions, What size range are you using and how are you fishing it up here? The jig and reel tech seems fast coming through the water, or are you bouncing the bottom?

All different sizes. I think my largest ones are something on the order of 10oz.  I find the great in PWS and Seward but find bait too effective in Cook Inlet.   They shine in bottom bouncing rocky reef type structure since they seem to snag up way less. I was skeptical of the hook retaining ability of the assist top attached hooks but they seem to hook everything that hits and they seem to stay on.

I'm going to jig/rip/ power mooch them for cohos this year I think. Not going to waste bait coho fishing this year....I think. Derbies don't count!
