Planning on going out because I have time.

Planning considerations:
Tides in afternoon-
Low Tide5:21 PM PDT0.02 ft
High Tide9:47 PM PDT1.59 ft

Weather - partly cloudy with wind forecasted at 7kts

Three launch points possible Who Song and Larry's, Davis bar, Frenchmans bar

Leaning toward Who Song thinking it shouldn't be that crowded on a Monday afternoon.

Launched from the city park near Who Song and Larry's.
No luck... Maybe next time

At least I got off the water right before the rain and wind hit
