Here's a quick spot observation from roughly high tide today.  Popped down to WG beach, waves were breaking about 2' peak, average a bit smaller - say 1-2.   Not much chop on the water, but there was a 10 to 15 mph wind from the north.

I elected not to paddle out for the back end of high slack, as I intend to be to the Anchor to register by 5:30.  Between the wind kiting me south and the outbound tide I thought I might have to drive the beach to recover my kayak.  LOL.  OK - just didnt seem worth the extra effort unless I was gonna fish longer.

Similar down at the Anchor River.   Interesting to see the wave breaking with more doubles, a bit higher wave height, and only two trailers on the beach. No PBs visible --perhaps not many out today.

Can confirm the rain is not bad - just spitting on occasion.

Retiring now for a Kodiak Brown.... fuel up for AM launch.
