So, I'm moving back to Salt Lake City in a couple of weeks and have a great rod/reel combo for sale. I bought this combo last year because researching the forum and web, it looked like a great combo and was sure to win the 2015 ORC for me. Well, its a beautiful set but I never got around to using it, or even putting line on it. I don't think its something I will be able to use in the high desert so I'm offering the set for $140.00. Rather than attempting to describe all the features, I've included a couple of links below. Thanks for looking and if interested, I live near the Vancouver Mall in Vancouver, Washington

Good morning all. Almost as soon as I posted this last night, I received a pm from sumpNZ saying he would buy it. I didn't even think to update the post until this morning when I logged on and saw my in box blown up. Thank you to those who replied and my apologies for the lack of a timely update.  Apparently I was way under priced  ??? but that's cool. I'm glad someone will get to use it....Dave

Well. Damn.  >:D There went my chance for a great rig even if it was a wrong way crank...

Dave, why would you not think this smoking deal wouldn't get grabbed so fast? That's a 200+ reel and a 170 listed rod for half price. peeps would have had to be crazy not to have wanted it.

You still have other great stuff for sale, right?
As of July 12th, I am, officially,  retired.

I do have some more rods/reels to list but not certain what the interest level would be on the forum and I need to get them sold quickly because I anticipate loading and moving back to Salt Lake City next Thursday/Friday. Might be more appropriate for Craig's List (unfortunately)

I so rarely am in a position to take advantage of deals like this that I'm not in the least feeling guilty.

Hopefully this will see some hot ling and cabbie action well before ORC next year.  Definitely going to be part of the halibut arsenal.
