After sneeking out last night in a pretty big swell to drop a crab trap off, I hit it early this morning for coho.  Water temp was good 56-57, but lots of little jellies.  Had to clean off the gear at least every 10 minutes.  Fish were pretty scattered, sounds like from the radio talk, the dory guys were not finding that many fish 4-5 miles out.  I fished further in, out to about 150 fow water and missed some opportunites.  Headed back to pick up the pot and got these 2 in about 110 fow west of the rock.  Beautiful day at PC again!

That's outstanding.  I had to go the 4 to 5 miles Saturday to get my Coho.  Good on you for finding them inside like that.  The picture of the clear water is gorgeous.  Well-done.

What were the Coho hitting?

I used a whole herring today behind a short bus flasher.  I'm a big fan of the big 4.5 wiggle hochies this year as well.
