I have some experience kayaking white water and fly fishing but not much fishing off boat.  Just learning how to fish the lower Columbia off my kayak as I recently moved from SE Portland down Highway 30 near Columbia City.  Lucked into a couple fish last year but would love to dial it in better this year.  good luck everybody.
