ACK Awesome Care O Kayakers

I've been communicating with shipper of my kayak for two weeks. I should have spoken with Austin Canoe &Kayak severe because they got me a delivery  date with in hours. I did reserching with other outfits for years before buying and they've always found the answer.

I've had great customer service at every contact with ACK. Ryan,  Mike, Aaron and  have been the go to guys but all show the greatest standard of what customers should expect.

Yeah...those guys know what they're talking about.  They should open up a branch in Tacoma. 

Having said that, the guys at Gig Harbor Fly Fishing are pretty great, and they've recently become a Hobie dealer.  They're still a Fly shop first and foremost, but I predict that their business model will adapt to service the growing number of kayak anglers in the Tacoma area.
