well either b.s. or i need help with forecasts...til now was doing ok? weather was shit, glad no one showed on my invite as would have feels bad. no kayaking but did go thurs./fri.  on half day crab/bottom fish...all i will say is thank you lord for introducing me to lancer jigs. crab was limits with alot of overlimit that had to go back, and ones boat did keep ....any that were legal size about a 1/3 were soft. left early saturday as when i got back to camp at chinook bend (in my tent this time by the tree) i had people 5 feet from my tent! guess they wanted some of that shade. but they and others were loud as hell i mean not even trying to tone it down,it was 1230 in the morning when i finally told them it was way past quiet hour. and i need to get up early....yada yada. payback!!!!in the morning i bet the whole campground heard my racket! there is a quiet hour still yes? if not how about some common fricken courtesy or is that out the dam door too? finished it up at kelly`s on the nehalem, really nice tent spot for last nite and came to find out weather there was as gorgeous all week as it was saturday when i got there. no yakin but still what a great trip!

We were off the water around noon. Next time your in the neighborhood hit me up you could have pitched the tent in my space for a night.

I feel your pain on the tent camping. Until my two trips so far this year I've had incredibly bad luck the last few years with people. There is no courtesy; most people don't even consider how their actions affect others.

"There is no courtesy; most people don't even consider how their actions affect others."... guess anymore this is the norm.

mojo jojo might take u up on that but was thinking maybe a week or so? but then i`ve always wanted to just live out there somewhere too. u ever need another kayaking buddy when u think conditions are good to go let me know would, i will do same but ya my forecasting abilities suck.
