Hi there!
After reading on this forum for quite a long time it is way overdue to sign up....
Fishing has been my passion for most of my life. Born and raised in Europe I targeted fish like whitefish, pike and carp as a kid.....dreaming of fishing for salmon, steelhead or sturgeon when reading articles about America or Canada in fishing magazines. So when i moved to the Portland/Hillsboro area 10 years ago I immediately kicked fishing into the highest gear ;D
Four years ago i got myself a Hobie Outback, figuring it would boost my catch rates. For the first year this did not work out as expected but then I started to catch fish from my kayak. Depending on the time of year I take it out on the Columbia, coastal tide waters or mountain lakes.
I hope to meet some nice people through this forum!

Thanks
SH
