Introduction and some immersion/cold gear questions

I have the elite 4X with chirp, I have used it in up to 500' without a problem. I use a lithium battery and can fish 14-16 hours with the set up. It is very user friendly with pre set features that aren't as fish dinner savvy, but has great interfaces for fine tuning it for different fishing styles and techniques.
