I have a lightly used 2014 olive outback with turbo ST fins, the large rudder (originals also included) and the Sidekick floats for sale.  It is stored in a loft upside down on the rails.  I really like it but need an inflatable instead of a hard shell.

also comes with this scuppers cart (I don't think it would fit an inflatable)

http://www.amazon.com/Seattle-Sports-Scupper-Swift-Cart/dp/B009V609BO/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1437841835&sr=8-2&keywords=kayak+scuppers+cart

$1,500

I don't need another Outback, but I will tell you the i12 is every bit as capable.  I bought one to bring up to Alaska and I absolutely loved it. It is even easier to stand in. The only downside is that it can be a sail when it is windy. Oh, and it is much easier to stack crab pots on.

Thanks,  I have an AIRE Tributary 12" inflatable which I like, it tracks pretty well with a removable skeg but I like the mirage drive of the Hobie better than paddling for the most part. The Outback is great, moves outstandingly with the turbo fins and the larger rudder but having to load it on top of a 8 foot truck with cap is too much and limits how much I use it.

Is the outback still hanging in your loft?  I know someone who is looking to purchase a Hobie soon!

If free delivery to AK was an option, there would probably be a hefty "rehoming" fee instead.  ;)

What would it cost to ship one of these to Anchorage, AK? I'm looking here and at others in WA and OR.

For great prices on shipping kayaks contact Forward Air. I shipped an Outback from PDX to LA for $72 a few years back.

Heads up. I spoke with Forward Air today and they said that they will not ship a kayak without a commercial account with them.
My wife thinks fishing is merely guys wandering around like idiots swinging sticks in the air. Many of my trips prove how smart she really is.

That's too bad! It was a good option while it lasted. Thanks for letting us know.
