Hello
I am looking forward to meeting new Kayak people and learning the latest techniques. I am fairly new to the area and been Kayak fishing for about a year, and open to all suggestions from all of the old pro's out there. I look forward to hearing from everyone.

I have to do better than welcome..........just sayin'

Howdy herl. We have quite a few members in the South Sound area. Keep an eye out for open invitations  in the area...ie, the Nisqually Flounder shindig , the Hood Canal Slammin' Salmon Derby , and a few other that will pop up throughout the year.
Odds are pretty good you will not hear from "everybody" but let others know when you are going out, where you'd like to go, and other assorted details and other people will chime in and possibly join you or you join them.
Check out the Washington sub-forum for regional stuff you might be interested in and follow through on some of those activities.
Plenty of opportunities in the area. Just have to get out there and "Make It Happen".

Life is short---live it tall.

Be kinder than necessary--- everyone is fighting some kind of battle.

Sailors may be struck down at any time, in calm or in storm, but the sea does not do it for hate or spite.
She has no wrath to vent. Nor does she have a hand in kindness to extend.
She is merely there, immense, powerful, and indifferent
