Fish finder install on Slayer Propel

So I used to have my display and transducer mounted on the side of my kayak all in one unit.  I decided to make it more streamlined. 

After looking at a few hard to find pics on the internet I decided to mount to transducer on the splash guard which clears the kayak by about an inch when I lift the drive out of the water. The top of the propel drive has a drilled and tapped mounting hole in it from the factory which is a standard 1/4-20 size.  I just used a 1" stainless screw with a lock washer to attach my FF quick release mount.  Currently I have the wires zip tied to the drive but I will be replacing those with Velcro straps for quick removal of the transducer and head unit tonight.

I used the Hobie brand thru hull adapters which are pretty nice except they are really easy to strip out so be careful.
