Fished Ludlow/north area 9 today from sunrise to 9am.  Nothing.  No surface activity, fish, or other fishermen either (bad indicator).  After the last 2 years, I'm starting to think September Coho are a Puget Sound fishery, as Hood Canal has been slow (at best).
