clamming then westport??

well am outta here tomarrow morning for some clamming this weekend then possible bottomfish westport? suppose to meet up with a bud in depoe bay but not sure if salt is going to be doable there. if not westport? for those that know westport is that doable at any time or is it like the open ocean, i dunno? any info? maybe will leave yak home and fish a jetty somewhere? am open to about anywhere an hour or so from seaside. what to do??? any idea`s?

Are you going to be in Seaside?  I will be there with a few white cars.  Should be a white Nissan rogue, a white Chevrolet pickup and possibly a black jeep wrangler.  Where are you headed?

am staying in gearhart wed nitethu thur, then will be in seaside.......sunset beach road hit the sand and go right to the jetty could try a spot here and there but i like starting at jetty area and working my way back. if i can get on charter friday am doing that. if not i clam all weekend. unless its raining or pounding surf clamming should be pretty good to excellent.

So which Jetty are you talking about the one in seaside where the Necanicum river comes in or farther north in Astoria?  If it is Seaside, hope to see you there!

Also, what time are you headed out?  I am getting different answers based on the websites for the tide.  Some say 8:42, some sat 10AM
