Had a great time sailing while trolling on Lake Coeur d’ Alene. Stopped at nine Kokanee in the boat, lost 6 reeling in. Flatlining a pink wedding ring and pink corn behind a pink and chrome #4 dodger with 3oz cannon ball to get to 35ft. Marking huge schools at 40ft in 100ft of water. I was trying out my outback installed with new outriggers and sail at the same time, so focus on the fishing was a bit compromised but it was a great couple of days on the water. I do think though that my sailing days and fishing days will be separate from now on. Easier to enjoy them both separately than together.
Thoughts and ideas from other yak sailers?
"Believe me, my young friend, there is nothing -- absolutely nothing -- half so much worth doing as simply messing about in boats." Said the water rat.  The Wind in the Willows by Kenneth Grahame,
