I didn't see that option when I ordered unfortunately - although that would just give them even more reason to cancel it I would think.

no.  right after the thread was started, I was able to put one in the 'cart', checked on the shipping options and $130 for direct shipping from manufacturer was it.  I was thinking about placing the order but when I came back an hour or so later, the 'out of stock' came up...roger
