Ok..... Im looking to add a anchor system to my Malibu Mini-X. Got all the stuff for it except the hardware. What is the best? or combination?

Well-nuts/ rivets / screws??????

What type cleat is best or safest???

When it comes to ways to securing anything to the yak I think stainless nuts and bolts are the best. If you don't have the access to secure them then I think rivets are the next best alternative. Some people swear by rivets so definitely some food for thought. As cleats go, depends what kind of anchor system you're making. I personally like nylon/composite V cleats for most applications since they're simple, easy to use, and the most out of the way.
