Going to be headed to American lake tomorrow.  If you happen to get out and and see a green Wavewalk, be sure and paddle by and say Hi.

I am no longer a dealer for Wavewalk but if you ever want to paddle one let me know!

Well it was a beautiful day to be on the water (words always spoken when the fishing was slow).  I think the fish were up on the surface, and I never really found them.  I got one early but then the rest of the day was fairly quiet.   I did hook a really nice kokanee  that went absolutely jump happy and on the 5th or 6th jump threw the hook.  In the late afternoon I kept a couple of trout to complete the meal.  Would have preferred more kokanee but still a nice day off.

The bottom one was what I was after.  I kept the top two just so there were enough fillets for a meal.

Trout were all over the surface yesterday.
