Where to rent a yak near DB

I'm thinking about taking my brother in law out of DB tomorrow: I have extra immersion gear, PFD, and fishing equipment, but not an extra kayak.   Can anyone recommend a good place rent a kayak for the day?  Could be either near Depoe or here in the Portland area;  I've never really paid much attention to places to rent gear.
