clackamette pond again

well we headed up to the pond or whatever it is and managed a few bass each on trout magnets and wooly buggers. weather was great and the darn water has dropped so we had to drag the yaks up the river a ways but all in all a decent day. we paddled as far up the clackamas river as we could and dang that is hard!!! i seem to be getting better at boat control while fishing so that is a major plus " much less swearing".

Fwiw - if you have a cart - you can park on the gravel/asphalt pull-out on the little road that goes by the pond (it's called Clackamas Cove) and cart your kayak up the bike trail about 100 yards where there's a gravel slope into the water.

Anything decent sized?

saw the path but like to try and paddle upstream. the biggest was maybe 10in, got my first two doubles though, that was fun.
