Sorry it took so long.  This is a trailer the tour group used to haul kayaks.  Nine are on it this time, I've seen it with 12 when they load some on their side.

The fish bite twice a day - just before we get here and right after we leave.

Impressive! Although possibly a bit top-heavy.  I once was pulling onto the interstate behind a group of raft guides pulling a smallish trailer with a large stack of rafts strapped on top of it, and the driver took the curving entrance ramp too fast and tipped over the trailer.
