bait for flounder

Back to bait... Chicken skin works great tied on a jig head with magic thread.

My most successful flounder bait is a small 2 -2.5 inch  buzz bomb then dip the end in herring smelly jelly.  Jig it right on the bottom and you will get them.  Dogfish can be a problem, but I have found keep it moving and they are not so likely to get it.
