Inner diameter of hobie sidekick crossbar

Hello, guys, I am thinking about a partial DIY of outriggers on my kayak. i.e. hobe brackets+crossbar but DIY extension arm and floats. I am wondering if any one could tell me what is the inner diameter of the crossbar tube. From my research, the outer diameter seems to be 1.125", but I am having a hard time finding what the ID is. Thanks in advance!

1.075" ID
1.165" OD
.375" holes for detents at 12, 3 and 6 o'clock, centers 2.75" from each end
Overall length of the center bar is 24".
