I have built a similar to Rhino Rack T bar using PVC, see attached pictures.

Story has it, that the dog let loose with a case of diarrhea while up there and had to stop to hose down the pooch, vehicle and everything else. I guess I should go ahead and just buy that Rinse Kit now to plan ahead.
