10/3 *Cancelling my paddle plans at Hagg*

I was planning a paddle trip to Hagg today to get to know the new yak. However it's crappy weather today, and I don't have a dry top or anything remotely close that will work, so I think I'll wait for a drier day, or till I get a dry top.   

Pretty gloomy and drippy on Vashon today, too.  End of a wonderful run of sunny blue skies up here!

Things are supposed to start improving weather wise on Sunday.

Probably right, but I have limited yak skills at this point, and without a buddy, I don't think I want to risk cold water swim.   

Hagg is warm.  The fish are near the shore.........  Go fishing!

If I didn't have to finnish out my work day, pick up the kids, feed them etc etc I'd be all over it!  I seriously need to upgrade my Lg Mouth points.
