I am looking for a small saltwater spinning reel for squid fishing, price limit to $50 due to small size. Any suggestion? No low quality reel please from China.

Good luck finding anything not made in China for $50.  I was (until recently) an ultra-light spinning fanatic, and in my experience, small reels that are decent to well-made are not all that much less expensive than their larger counterparts, up to the 3000-size.

Shimano makes some good reels in the $50 - $70 price range.  I used a Sienna ($30) for three years with no problems, and my kid is using it now.  A step up is the Sedona ($60).  A step above that is the Sahara ($70).  They are all very smooth, have reliable drags, and will last a long time if you take care of them.  All of them are made in China or in Malaysia.

I was pretty happy with a Penn Fierce except it will not allow you to turn off anti-reverse.  That may only be important to me.  It has a tag on it saying Made in China.

I'm told Shimano removed the anti-reverse lever from most of their 2017 line-up, so I'm glad my reels are older models...

I haven't used Garcia spinning reels in a long time.  Most of them are now Chinese-made, too.

what I mean "from China" are reels that design and make from China, most of the reels are make from China even the expensive one. I want reel that is design in America and have quality control, it is OK for these reels to make from China.

Quality control isn't a big deal if the retailer has a bombproof return policy. Cabela's salt strykers are probably right in your wheelhouse.

I have a Penn as well that I'm not overwhelmed with and REALLY wish it had the anti-reverse on/off.  I appreciate the suggestion to look at the Cabela's Salt Striker® Spinning Reels and as I'm looking, I called Cabela's and was told the Salter Striker spinning reel has the reverse on/off switch.  Please note that the "Baitfeeder" model does not have the reverse on/off switch.
Regular Price:
$49.99 - $64.99(Braid capacity).
SS 30B   330/20, 260/30, 180/40
SS 40B   410/30, 290/40, 260/50

I've never owned a Salt Stryker but an older gentleman I'd often run into when fishing for surf perch used one and he swore by it.  I should have remembered them.

That is of course assuming that the Bass Pro buyout won't change that.

I highly doubt that it will. That is the hook. That piece of mind is what drives customers to take that leap of faith and purchase the house brands over the name brands that have a reputation and history of quality/performance/solid customer service/warranty/parts etc. Without that iron clad return policy you are buying what would be essentially a disposable product because they don't have the resources to stock parts or offer service on the wide variety of items they sell. This also allows them the freedom to change suppliers and update products as it suits their purchasing department. As time passes you may not get back the exact product you want to claim as defective/broken, but you should receive a comparable replacement.

Agreed, and it's the reason why I have purchased a number of cabelas house brand items. It is worth noting that not everything that is cabelas brand has that lifetime warranty, you have to check it. Bass pro does not offer comparable warranties for most things, with just a handful of house brand items with lifetime warranties. It will be interesting to see how it all plays out.

Second the Salt Striker. You can see my other posts about it. For the money I don't feel it can be beat. My 40 size are going on 4 years and still going strong. My 30s are a year in and I don't know why I didn't get them sooner. The clearance for your index finger (depending on how you hold your rods) on the 30 is a little low.
