Does anyone want to fish in the rain Saturday? I’m probably going to put in at Memaloose, troll there for a couple passes, then ride the tide up the Willson. This is a new area to me. Input or company would be awesome!

I should be fishing for points, but I’ve got chinook fever!

Go get em Casey, you're on a hot streak lately with these late-season nooks!  Some dude landed a 40+ pounder here in Alsea Bay a few days ago, right below my office.  Place has been a ghost town lately, only saw one boat out fishing the jaws last week, but apparently there are a few freshies still pushing through.  Seeing the photo convinced me to give it a whirl tomorrow morning.  If anything, there should be some good CnR coho action.  Guys fishing the river have been landing coho left and right lately.

Casey thanks for the invitation! If I can escape the domestic ball and chain I will see you at sunrise 🌅.
