This was in the Willamette today, near downtown. Looks like a giant bait ball, the kind you see in the ocean or B10. There were several of these and one bigger than this.

Did not get any bites but I saw two salmon in the mouths of giant sea lions.  :angry5: :angryfire: :angry6:

With you being in water only 32ft deep, those images look to be larger fish instead of smaller baitfish. There are no bait clouds there. Those look like fish.

I think they are bait sized fish. I've tried a sabiki rig on images like that and I get herring or anchovies.
