Brian & I hit the lake with ambitions of jigging some Kokanee.  He doesn't have a FF so relies on me.  My Wilderness Systems Lithium battery crapped out on me again.  This damn thing has given me problems since day 1.  It rarely stays on all day even though it has plenty of charge.  Today it wouldn't stay on for more than a few seconds.  I believe its the battery-cable connection.  I usually have to jam that cable onto the connection as hard as I can to make it work.  Last weekend it quit after 2 hours.  I ordered a 12v 10ah SLA as soon as I got home.

Launched from below the Whitcomb boat ramp.  I don't recommend it.  Its a steep & slippery slope.  Brian still accidentally caught one 9" Kokanee, but we shifted to bass fishing.  Headed straight across the lake and threw a variety of crankbaits.  We landed 15-20 bass...mostly very small.  Largest probably 12".

Wind came up around 11 and we headed in.

Awesome report.  Your catch record on Bass sounds very similar to mine there. On several trips last year it was non stop 10-12" bass that day with just a handful any larger. I have never been a proponent of culling bass as they're not actively managed much in Oregon and our opportunities for them are few, but I think thinning the herd a bit at green peter probably wouldn't hurt much and may likely help.
