I'm going to try to make both weekends at least one day each.  Should be a few of the usual southern LCKA suspects there especially second weekend.

Trying to work it out to get down there. It's been a hectic summer, but with no salmon left in the freezer and the prospects up here not looking good I may have to bite the bullet and make the drive.

I've heard the term before, but not really sure what it refers to....is it open only on a specific weekend or two?  What are the dates?  I'd be willing to bring the yak down and fish for a few days with some other folks as well.
feel free to PM me as well.

I hope y'all are keeping an eye on the ocean forecast.  Could be some 8-10 footers and 20+ knot south winds down there this weekend.

Quite a drive, but I might be into next weekend if the forecast works out.

It seems there was a kayaker rescued by the Coast Guard here this weekend. Hoping it was not one of us!
Please be aware of the large surge, surf and reef that builds large waves as you near Chetco point.
