Everything shown in first two pictures included: kayak, seat, original and sailing rudders, paddles, mirage drive with turbo fins, wheels and original bucket, two 12" aluminum tracks in the middle and one 4" track on the back.

(rod holders, fishfinder and downrigger is not included)
