Come join our kayak fishing fellowship for an afternoon weekend seminar on kayak salmon fishing. Next Adventure Paddle Sports will be hosting this event Saturday, June 8th at 4PM. This is going to be a very informative clinic that’ll help prepare you for success in many of our states top salmon fisheries.

Ocean Report: I’ve been fishing the Salt the last couple days and getting into some feisty Chinook. Today I caught and released a beautiful teel green and chrome hatchery Coho. Good sign of things to come! The ling bite has been tough on plastic but switching to bait/herring I was able to pickup a nice 13lb hen.

Hope to see you guys at the seminar. VIP outdoors has informed me they would also like to sponsor the event and donate some gear for a giveaway. Cheers!

I’d like to thank Next Adventure Paddle Sports for hosting this educational event. Also, I’d like to thank VIP Outdoors for donating superb spinners and terminal gear for out attendees. There is a 15% discount he is offering for the next week on all his online orders for us under Coupon code PROE. We offered a lot of valuable information, my  homemade Spring Salmon Hawaiian Poke with sushi rice & salad, my homemade Smoked Spring Salmon, & hats/shirts donated by Michael Rischner & team Hobie/Daiwa. Thank you again everyone who came and contributed.

Thanks again for the great seminar you gave yesterday! It was all very good info and i learned a lot. I am now even more looking forward to the coho opener in the ocean. Your springer poke was great as well. I appreciate you did this and those who could not make it missed a good opportunity.

I was hoping to put some of the learning to test today (Multnomah Channel) but it was also the first time my wife joined me in her new outback. As it was her first time fishing I had to focus on her. She did pretty well (although no fish action). I had one bite on a (chartreuse) spinner but it did not stick.

Thanks.
