Went out to target lings, landed six and two rockfish. Fishing was good enough to release the smaller lings, ended up with two lings in the 8-10lb range. Saw some other kayak dudes on the way out.

Fish hard.

Great fishing!  If you don't mind me asking, how deep do you have to go?  I'm wondering if I can get to them with a fly line.

Meter was reading around 30ft, I was fishing in 10-30ft. Males are up shallow this time of year defending their nests.

I saw you out there, I didn’t do as well but got my limit. To many small ones and rockfish to get through.
