As the title states, we need a few volunteers for both on and off the water.  This will be the last event for HOW-NOC for 2019.

We will be trying for any left over stockers and some fall Bass.

Volunteers arrive at 08:00 with participants arriving at 09:00.  We will fish till about 15:00.  Lunch will be provided by our Chapter Secretary, on the menu is Chili and Cornbread.
