So many decisions....

Ice skating at Odell....nope. I just came back from walking my dogs and it's cold out there. Looks like it's raining right now in Daves neck of the woods. If it's this cold tomorrow i may just wait till Friday to fish

The weather channel says morning showers, but clearing up in the afternoon. Let's try Empire i guess. Would like to scare up a nice pile perch. Plus it's close, wanna save money for sunday on the Umpqua.

 Empire docks it is. What time?

How about 9 ish ?  I'm Gonna get some squid i guess, I'll share it with ya. Gonna bring an assortment of jigs too. I bet some mussel would be good too.

 9 it is. I was planning on picking up some sand shrimp and I will look into some mussels.

Roy, you are absolutely correct, the weather sucked here in Florence today. However, the forecast is looking good for Sunset on Friday. 4ft and wind at 6. Tomorrow, with any luck, you could be in first place if the perch are biting. Aw! now if only the lings will be biting on Friday!

Jesse and I tried fishing at Empire this morning. No fish, i did get a couple teasing nibbles and C&R'd 4 red crabs. The 45 second pedaddle back to the ramp was nice, though..

Ralph actually bought a digital camera and showed up and snapped a pic from the end of the dock. he forgot there was a zoom.....I'm shocked he didn't try to wind it after he took the pic.

 Well I am 0 fer 3 so far this year. If I come home empty handed tomorrow I am going to have to change my handle to I.B.-Skunked.
